Shipping Methods

Gyri Design uses Helthjem.no to ship packages within Norway. Our main provider for international orders is Norwegian Post. In certain cases we will ship with UPS.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT Gyri Design DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES THAT ARE INCURRED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF Norway.

Where we ship
We ship all over the world, but are currently not shipping to Russia. Please see below for more information on our Norway, UK, Europe and International delivery options. If you have any questions, we are always on hand to help – send us an email on info@gyridesign.com


Shipping timing
We ask that you allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to deliver to you sooner if we are not in a busy time period.
Bespoke and cut fabrics
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
In order to start a return, you can contact us at info@gyridesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and cut fabrics are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed on cushion covers, cut fabrics are non-exchangeable. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Bespoke and cut fabrics are non-returnable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
