Shipping & Returns
Gyri Design uses Helthjem.no and Posten.no to ship packages within Norway. Our main provider for international orders is Norwegian Post. In certain cases, we will ship with UPS.
For Norwegian customers, all orders will be shipped out from Norway.
For all other customers, we are shipping from our UK supplier. Please note that customers outside the UK may be liable for any import duty, permits, product restrictions, quotas and other local requirements.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT Gyri Design DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES THAT ARE INCURRED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF Norway and from our suppliers in the UK.
Where we ship
We ship all over the world but are currently not shipping to Russia. Please see below for more information on our Norway, UK, Europe and International delivery options. If you have any questions, we are always on hand to help – send us an email on email@example.com
We ask that you allow up to 7 - 21 working days for your order to be processed and ready for shipping. We will always endeavor to deliver to you sooner if we are not in a busy time period. Delivery time is up to 3 weeks from the confirmation date unless the wallpaper is in stock. Should there be any shipping issues, you will be notified upon placement of order.
Bespoke and cut fabrics - Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
An unclaimed shipment fee or failed delivery attempt will be charged.
Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders of any kind—including bespoke, or stock supported—cannot be cancelled therefore not refunded.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only allowed on cushion covers and wallpaper rolls, cut fabrics are non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
In order to start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will at your own expenses as well as any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and cut fabrics are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange are only allowed on cushion covers and wallpaper rolls, cut fabrics are non-exchangeable. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Bespoke and cut fabrics are non-returnable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
